The International Relations Office is responsible for international student exchange programmes and its coordination. The IRO aims to facilitate Socrates, Erasmus, and other exchange programmes. Other duties of the office includes the following: integration of our university to the European Higher Education Area, organizing and facilitating the European Union education programmes and any other related work within the university, implementing the basic facilities, and in the framework of European Union education programmes, broadening the vision of the university by student exchange and academic staff exchange programmes, European credit transfer and accumulation system, intense programmes, and curriculum improvement projects.
The EU and International Relations Office, in addition to all above, conduct the work of European Credit Transfer and Graduate Document Accumulation System. Since the 2004-2005 academic year, within the frame of Erasmus, it has been running students and academic staff exchange programmes.
