Position Summary:

The Industrial Engineering Department at Atılım University invites applicants with PhD degrees. Individuals who will earn a doctoral degree in 2007 may also be considered. Compensation is dependent on experience and qualifications. For instructorship, preference will be given to individuals who have earned their master's degree and/or have experience in industry.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Teaching possible course offerings in the areas of Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, Stochastic Systems, Simulation, Information Management, Operations Research and Quality Management, Statistics
• Working with other faculty and students to perform research and publish results,
• Providing service to the Department and University.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Graduate degree in Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, and/or a related field,
• Knowledge of English to teach at the university level,
• Strong commitment to excellence in teaching and research.
