Attendance: The course consists primarily of lectures and in-class problems. Regular attendance is necessary to maintain pace with the lectures and the progress of the class.
Homework: Homework problems will be assigned regularly and will be due at the beginning of the next class period unless specifically stated otherwise. Late work will receive a maximum grade of 50%.
Tests: There will be two midterm exams and a comprehensive final exam. In addition, to ensure that you are keeping up with the homework assignments, unannounced pop quizzes will be given throughout the semester.
