| Course Objectives | The aim of this course is to enable the students to translate and examine text types as much as possible by providing them original texts written in the various fields. The contents of the course are to translate French and Turkish texts selected from various occupational fields, from literature and from current issues during the lesson together with the student and to correct and assess during the lesson the text translations given as homework; make interpreting exercises during the lesson; to make a preparation for consecutive and simultaneous interpreting through discussion and commenting on the films watched. |
