Course Objectives Analysing the reasons and solutions of legal disputes among persons, displaying the law applicable to resolution of disputes and analysing them
Course Learning Outcomes The students who succeeded in this course;
  • Explain general provisions of Civil Procedure Law.
  • Apply to rules relating to court of first instance.
  • Give explanation about the legal proceedings among the parties
  • They solve problems about Legal remedies of Civil Procedure Law and rules relating to court of first instance and supreme court.
