Course Objectives | In this course, it is aimed to provide students with knowledge, skills and competency on the concepts, theories, approaches, systems, functions and practices related to Human Resources Management. The basic concepts of human resource management, its functions and its role in terms of organizations will be examined. In addition, strategic human resources management, job analysis and job design, human resources planning and candidate research, employee selection, training and development, performance evaluation, career management, wage and reward management, employee health and safety, employee empowerment, coaching and mentoring will be discussed. |
