Course Objectives This course is aimed to enable the students to understand the financial decision making process with an aim of firm value maximization.
Course Learning Outcomes The students who succeeded in this course;
  • Understanding the risk-return relationship
  • To be able to analyze the effects of leverage, to determine the appropriate capital structure, to calculate the cost of capital
  • Developing an appropriate dividend policy
  • Managing working capital
  • Calculate the cost of capital
Course Content Risk and return, cost of capital, financial leverage, capital structure, short-term financial planning.
