Course Objectives In the scope of the cooperation protocol with the Ombudsman Institution students will make a study about the Institution with the experts at the Institution, afterwards they will work on the application(s) which are chosen with the cooperation of Institution and from disadvantaged groups and they will prepare a recommendation decision offer about the applications.
Course Learning Outcomes The students who succeeded in this course;
  • Having knowledge on regulation analysis, literature review, decision reading and decision writing tecniques and writing a decision draft.
Course Content Choosing one or more applications to the Ombudsman Institution whose data is concealed and making research on the related literature and court decisions, examples of other states, writing a recommendation decision offer, sharing this offer with the Institution, publication of this offer in the student journal.
