Course Objectives Understanding the fundamental notion and concepts of individualized Labour Law (employment Law) Scrutinizing labour (employment) law legislations in force Earning practical and a theorical skills to resolve the labour (employment) law disputes.
Course Learning Outcomes The students who succeeded in this course;
  • Explains the objective and content of individual labour law.
  • Explains and exemplifies the labour (employment) contact.
  • Explains and exemplifies the obligations arising from labour (employment) contract.
  • Explains and further resolves the disputes and the procedures and legal consequences of the termination of the employment contract
  • Uses the basic principles concerning the regulation of the work.
  • Distinguishes and explains main doctrinal dissidences; uses the jurisprudence of the Higher Appeal Courts.
Course Content Institutions of labour law, international labour law, labour court; employee, employer and his agent; business place and labour contract.
