Politik pazarlama, se\u00e7menlerin tutum ve davran\u0131\u015flar\u0131n\u0131 y\u00f6nlendirme, kamuoyu olu\u015fturma ve se\u00e7im ba\u015far\u0131s\u0131n\u0131 art\u0131rma a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan kritik bir ara\u00e7 haline gelmi\u015ftir. 2023 T\u00fcrkiye Cumhurba\u015fkanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 se\u00e7imleri, bu ba\u011flamda AK Parti&#8217;nin (Adalet ve Kalk\u0131nma Partisi) politik pazarlama stratejilerinin etkili bi\u00e7imde kullan\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 \u00f6nemli bir \u00f6rnektir. Bu \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma, Recep Tayyip Erdo\u011fan liderli\u011finde y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fclen kampanyan\u0131n ileti\u015fim \u00e7abalar\u0131n\u0131 ve uygulanan yenilik\u00e7i stratejileri de\u011ferlendirmeyi ama\u00e7lamaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Politik pazarlama, siyasi partilerin se\u00e7men kitlesine ula\u015fmak, destek kazanmak ve rakipleri kar\u015f\u0131s\u0131nda rekabet avantaj\u0131 sa\u011flamak i\u00e7in y\u00fcr\u00fctt\u00fc\u011f\u00fc t\u00fcm pazarlama faaliyetlerini kapsar. Pazarlama literat\u00fcr\u00fcnde yer alan \u00fcr\u00fcn, fiyat, da\u011f\u0131t\u0131m ve tutundurmadan olu\u015fan pazarlama karmas\u0131, politik pazarlamaya do\u011frudan uyarlanamasa da, \u00f6zellikle tutundurma (pazarlama ileti\u015fimi) ve \u00fcr\u00fcn (aday ve vaatler) de\u011fi\u015fkenleri siyasal kampanyalarda \u00f6nemli bir yer tutar. \u0130leti\u015fim kanallar\u0131n\u0131n \u00e7e\u015fitlenmesi, se\u00e7menlerin bilgiye eri\u015fim ara\u00e7lar\u0131n\u0131n de\u011fi\u015fmesi ve teknolojik geli\u015fmeler, modern politik kampanyalar\u0131n temel dinamiklerini yeniden \u015fekillendirmi\u015ftir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>AK Parti&#8217;nin 2023 Se\u00e7im Stratejileri<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>AK Parti, 2023 Cumhurba\u015fkanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 se\u00e7im kampanyas\u0131nda 10 ana strateji \u00fczerinden kapsaml\u0131 bir politik pazarlama s\u00fcreci y\u00fcr\u00fctm\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"1\">\n<li><strong>Se\u00e7im Tarihinin Belirlenmesi<\/strong>: 14 May\u0131s 2023 tarihi, T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin ilk \u00e7ok partili se\u00e7imlerinin yap\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 1950 y\u0131l\u0131na at\u0131fla se\u00e7ilmi\u015ftir. Bu tarih, tarihsel bir haf\u0131za yaratmakta ve Demokrat Parti gelene\u011fi ile \u00f6zde\u015fle\u015fen se\u00e7menlerde duygusal ba\u011f kurmay\u0131 hedeflemektedir.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Stratejik Zamanlama Plan\u0131<\/strong>: AK Parti, kampanya faaliyetlerine di\u011fer partilerden \u00e7ok daha \u00f6nce ba\u015flam\u0131\u015f ve bu s\u00fcreci dijital platformlar arac\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131yla etkin bi\u00e7imde s\u00fcrd\u00fcrm\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr. Muhalefetin ge\u00e7 ba\u015flayan kampanyas\u0131, zaman y\u00f6netimi a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan bir dezavantaj olu\u015fturmu\u015ftur.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Sosyal Medyan\u0131n Yo\u011fun Kullan\u0131m\u0131<\/strong>: \u00d6zellikle Instagram ve Facebook gibi platformlar \u00fczerinden y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fclen sponsorlu reklamlarla gen\u00e7 se\u00e7menlere ula\u015f\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Bu alanda yap\u0131lan harcamalar, muhalefetin \u00fc\u00e7 kat\u0131 b\u00fcy\u00fckl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcndedir.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Mikro Hedefleme Stratejisi<\/strong>: Farkl\u0131 se\u00e7men gruplar\u0131na \u00f6zel mesajlar iletilmi\u015f, \u00f6zellikle deprem b\u00f6lgelerinde ya\u015fayanlar i\u00e7in \u00f6zel i\u00e7erikler haz\u0131rlanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Bu strateji, b\u00fcy\u00fck veri ve algoritmalar\u0131n siyasal ileti\u015fime entegre edilmesiyle uygulanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Duygusal Katarsis<\/strong>: Se\u00e7im kampanyas\u0131nda korku, umut ve dayan\u0131\u015fma gibi duygulara hitap eden mesajlar \u00f6n plana \u00e7\u0131km\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. \u201cDualar, R\u00fcyalar, Umutlar Seninle\u201d reklam filmi, duygusal ba\u011f kurma a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan etkili bir \u00f6rnektir.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Hik\u00e2ye Anlat\u0131m\u0131<\/strong>: AK Parti, se\u00e7menlerle duygusal ba\u011f kurmak ad\u0131na hik\u00e2yele\u015ftirilmi\u015f anlat\u0131lar kullanm\u0131\u015f, liderin \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm \u00fcretme kapasitesi ve empatisi \u00f6n plana \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Tekno-Milliyet\u00e7ilik Temas\u0131<\/strong>: Savunma sanayi yat\u0131r\u0131mlar\u0131, yerli otomobil TOGG ve \u0130HA\/S\u0130HA gibi projelerle mill\u00ee gurur duygusu desteklenmi\u015ftir.
