Important Announcement Regarding SHGM Aviexam Module Examinations
07.05.2026

Dear Students,

Important points regarding the Module examinations, which will soon be conducted through Aviexam — the official examination system developed by the Directorate General of Civil Aviation (SHGM) to assess and certify the knowledge and competency levels of aviation personnel (pilots, technicians, dispatchers, etc.) and to digitally manage theoretical examination processes — are presented below:

  1. Students who wish to take the examinations at Atılım University SHALL NOT apply through the system and will not pay any examination fee. Examination planning will be carried out by Quality Manager Ahmet Şamil Demirsöz.
  2. However, students who wish to take examinations at SHGM or other institutions must apply through the system and pay an examination fee of 750 TL per exam.
  3. The examinations will be conducted on computers in the TOEFL English Examination classrooms located within the School of Foreign Languages.
  4. In case of capacity-related issues for computer-based examinations, priority will be given to senior-year students, and remaining capacity will be allocated to lower classes accordingly.
  5. Each student will be granted the right to take each module examination twice only (first attempt and final attempt), and planning will be conducted accordingly.
  6. Due to classroom capacity limitations, some module examinations may be conducted on multiple days or at different times.
  7. Some module examinations may be conducted in separate parts (such as Module 11-1, Module 11-2, and Module 11-3).
  8. Students who have already successfully completed certain modules must submit their Module Examination Result documents to TBEO Secretary Merve Kandemir by May 15, 2026. (Students in the Hangarım Campus program are excluded.)
  9. Students who already possess a Module Examination Success Certificate WILL NOT be scheduled for the related module examinations.
  10. For students currently participating in the Hangarım Campus program, examination scheduling will be carried out during the Final Examination Week following their return to school after completing their internships.
  11. Module examination schedules will be announced to students via email as planning is completed.
