16.04.2026

On April 16, 2026, organized by the Automotive Engineering Society, students from the Department of Automotive Engineering participated in the Productivity and Technology Fair under the supervision of Res. Asst. Cemal Emre Hokkaömeroğlu. The fair, organized by the Ankara Chamber of Commerce at ATO Congresium, provided students with the opportunity to explore current technologies in automotive engineering, defense industry applications, artificial intelligence, and energy systems.

Throughout the fair, students closely examined innovation-driven projects developed by leading companies. The showcased solutions clearly demonstrated the rapid advancement of technology and its role in shaping the future. In particular, developments in artificial intelligence, automation, and sustainability stood out. Students also explored domestically developed vehicle technologies, powertrain systems, and electric mobility solutions. Electric vehicles exhibited at the TOGG stand, engine technologies by TÜMOSAN, and various autonomous robotic systems attracted significant attention.

In addition, hydrogen fuel cell technologies, energy efficiency solutions, and intelligent control systems were evaluated. Students engaged directly with industry representatives, gaining valuable technical insights and professional perspectives.

This technical visit not only reinforced students’ theoretical knowledge through practical exposure but also enabled them to follow current developments closely and gain a valuable perspective on future engineering approaches.
