About Us
The fields of activity of the Coordination Office of Corporate Planning and Data Management are as follows.
- Coordinating the processes related to the strategic plans of the University (preparation, follow-up, evaluation, etc.).
- Coordinating the preparation of the institutional internal evaluation report, collecting the necessary data and finalizing the report.
- Planning and coordinating the necessary activities and events in order to ensure the continuity of the quality assurance system studies of the University; collecting, analyzing and reporting the necessary data.
- Collecting, analyzing, reporting, and entering data on the activities and processes of the University at regular intervals into relevant databases.
- Coordinating activities within the scope of the institutional accreditation program of the Turkish Higher Education Quality Council.
- Maintaining and updating department/ program accreditations, providing data on the activities of the University to relevant units in processes such as application and interim evaluation, transferring current data to databases such as the Turkish Qualifications Framework (TYÇ).
- Collecting and entering data on the University within the scope of national and international university rankings.
- Creating a draft regarding the quota planning of the University.
- Continuously following current developments for institutional development planning, conducting feasibility studies and developing strategy recommendations.
- Providing data for feasibility studies to be conducted on opening/ closing academic units/ programs.
- Performing processes related to the information security management of the University.
