INTERNATIONAL SUPPORT FROM NVIDIA TO ATILIM UNIVERSITY

The project titled "Synthetic Data Enhanced Multi-Camera Intruder Detection Using Edge AI", led by Dr. Arda Sezen from the Department of Computer Engineering at Atılım University, has been awarded a prestigious grant by NVIDIA.

This support was granted under the NVIDIA Academic Grant Program, through which Atılım University has received 4 units of RTX PRO 6000 Blackwell Max-Q Workstation Edition as hardware donations.

The project aims to enhance intruder detection systems using artificial intelligence in multi-camera surveillance scenarios, with a specific focus on the role of synthetic data. The donated hardware will significantly strengthen the project’s infrastructure by enabling efficient deployment of deep learning algorithms on edge computing platforms.

This international recognition is a testament to Atılım University’s growing excellence in artificial intelligence, computer vision, and security technologies.
