2024-2025 Academic Year Spring Term Diploma Submission Announcement

Dear Student,
Diplomas for associate degree and undergraduate students graduating at the end of the Spring Semester of the 2025–2026 academic year will be distributed as follows:

For graduates whose administrative approvals have been completed:

Those who attend the graduation ceremonies on July 16, 17, and 18, 2026, wearing a graduation gown will receive their diplomas during the ceremony.

Those who do not attend the graduation ceremonies may collect their diplomas from the Directorate of Student Affairs starting July 21, 2026, during business hours.

Diplomas for graduates of the Faculty of Medicine, Faculty of Health Sciences, and Vocational School of Health Services can only be prepared after the University receives confirmation of the registration procedures conducted by the Ministry of Health. Therefore, if these registration procedures are not completed by the date of the graduation ceremony, diplomas for graduates of these units cannot be distributed during the ceremony. Students are advised to follow announcements posted on the Student Affairs webpages regarding this matter.

Students who have completed all graduation procedures (administrative approvals) and officially graduated will be able to obtain their Graduation Certificate through the e-Government system as of July 1, 2026 (except for those who have applied for correction of administrative/material errors or who are taking make-up examinations for graduation).
