Research Assistant Dilara Berşan Konyalıgil’s article titled “The relationship between appetite hormones and body mass index in children with intoxication type metabolic diseases” has been accepted for publication in the journal Orphanet Journal of Rare Diseases.
The research project submitted by our Department of Nutrition and Dietetics has been awarded funding under the TÜBİTAK 2209-A University Students Research Projects Support Program.
Within the scope of the NUT208 Communication, Counseling and Nutrition Education course, our students provided healthy nutrition education for children aged 5–6.
A technical visit to the National Food Reference Laboratory of the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry was organized by the Department of Nutrition and Dietetics.
The event titled “The Dream Journey of an Orthodontist,” organized in collaboration with Atılım University Faculty of Health Sciences, Department of Nutrition and Dietetics and Department of Child Development, was held with the valuable participation of Dr. Yalçın Ergir.

We successfully held our event titled “Changes in Dietary Habits in Ankara Over the Last Five Years: A Dietitian’s Perspective” with great participation and a pleasant atmosphere.
