The article titled "Uneven and Combined Development (UCD) and the Trajectory of Turkish Literary Modernity: Dialectics of Western Forms/Eastern Content," co-authored by Prof. Dr. Faruk Yalvaç, from our department, and Dr. Öznur Akcalı has been published in the Turkish Studies journal.

Prof. Dr. Faruk Yalvaç presented a paper titled "A Critical Political Economy Perspective on Turkish Foreign Policy: Class, Hegemonic Depth and Foreign Policy During the AKP Era (2002-2025)" at a conference organized by the British Society for Middle Eastern Studies (BRISMES) in London.

The final webinar in the series organized as part of the Jean Monnet Chair project led by Prof. Dr. Gözde Yılmaz will take place on June 26 via Zoom. The webinar, titled “Normative Power: Europe within and beyond the EU,” will feature a presentation by Prof. Dr. Gözde Yılmaz.

An information meeting on the Erasmus program was organized by the Department of International Relations at Atılım University.

Prof. Dr. Gözde Yılmaz met with students on Wednesday, October 8th, at the Cengiz Yenerim Hall located in the Faculty of Business Administration at Atılım University as part of a EU project.

Prof. Dr. Faruk Yalvaç presented his paper “Marxism, Totality and Multiplicity” at the EISA Pan-European Conference on International Relations (PEC 2025) held in Bologna.
