Institutional Archive Unit
Operating under the Kadriye Zaim Library, the Institutional Archive Unit serves to collect, organize, and provide access to the academic, administrative, and cultural output of our university in a sustainable and long-term manner within the framework of digital preservation and accessibility principles. Various types of content produced by members of our university—such as conferences, photographs, posters, magazines, seminars, printed books, brochures, and more—are systematically gathered and curated by the Institutional Archive Unit and made available to the academic community in accordance with open access principles. In this context, our unit plays a vital role in building the institutional memory of Atılım University and promoting transparency in access to information.
Mission
To securely preserve Atılım University's digital content in an institutional environment, ensuring the sustainability of these resources and contributing to the dissemination of academic knowledge.
Vision
To position our university among the leading institutions in open science and knowledge sharing by creating an innovative, accessible, and internationally standardized digital archive infrastructure. In line with this vision, our unit closely follows current technologies required by digital archiving and adopts a user-centered and effective service approach.
