Audiology Laboratory

Audiology Laboratory is equipped with an audiometer, acoustic immittance meter, otoacoustic emissions (OAE) device, and auditory brainstem response (ABR) testing system. In this laboratory, students receive hands-on training in the identification, assessment, and follow-up of hearing loss using these essential diagnostic tools. They learn to conduct hearing tests, evaluate the integrity of the outer and middle ear, and interpret the results through practical applications.

Auditory assessment instruments available in our laboratory provide students with opportunities to engage in both clinical practice and scientific research, thereby supporting the development of their professional knowledge and skills.

Vestibüler (Denge) Laboratuvarı

Vestibular (Balance) Laboratory is equipped with videonystagmography (VNG), video head impulse test (vHIT), caloric test, and vestibular evoked myogenic potentials (VEMP) systems. This laboratory supports the diagnosis, evaluation, follow-up, and rehabilitation of dizziness and balance disorders through comprehensive test procedures.

Students receive hands-on training in the assessment and interpretation of vestibular function, and the laboratory also offers valuable opportunities for engaging in both clinical practice and scientific research in the field of balance assessment and rehabilitation.
