About the School

The Atılım University School of Medicine admitted its first students in the academic year of 2019-2020. The numbers of classes and students to allow for student-oriented small group studies required for successful education were taken into account when determining the number of students. We aim to train scientists that are sensitive to public health, that are able to grasp international knowledge and that are capable of implementing the current practices in medicine in the best way possible, and medical doctors that respect ethical values. To achieve our aim, we offer education with faculty members experienced in their fields, and at classes and laboratories equipped with current modern education technologies.

Our School has provided the required infrastructure for practice sessions as an important component of horizontal-vertical, spiral integration to take place at Medicana International Ankara Hospital with which it is affiliated, and with the supervision of faculty members.

Our status as a campus university that is home to many different disciplines shows itself on the development of our students, enhancing their points of view and opportunities for research.
