Operation Process
Atılım University Directorate of Construction continues its operations under the Atılım University Board of Trustees.
For existing and planned buildings, requests and requirements by and for departments are submitted to the Presidency in writing through the Heads of Departments with the approval of the Dean's Office. Approved requests are finalized by our units within the knowledge of the Board of Trustees as soon as possible.
For buildings at the project stage, a requirement schedule is determined in coordination and in line with the requirements of the departments, and studies are done within the framework of spatial, technical and hardware requirements.
The necessary technical support is provided to the Directorate of Auxiliary Services, which provides services in this regard for maintenance and repair works in existing structures.
The university campus plan was revised in 2010 and was implemented in stages. The selection and production of flower, tree and shrub species used in structural landscape areas, the projects of which were created by the Directorate of Construction, periodic maintenance of open green areas, and interior plant arrangements are undertaken by the Directorate of Environmental Planning.
In the implementation of the technical requirements at new spaces, coordination is exercised with the Directorate of Technical Services.
