Dear Students,

Welcome to the School of Foreign Languages at Atılım University. Foreign language education plays a vital role in both your personal and professional development. Being aware of this, our goal is to equip you with language skills, and to ensure that you can easily access and effectively use academic sources in your departments as individuals who think critically, possess strong communication skills, and are culturally aware.

Our school consists of two departments as Basic English and Modern Languages. In the Basic English Department, we offer an international-standard, two-semester, intensive English language program in four levels to students who have not previously received English instruction or who did not pass the proficiency exam (APEX), so that they can follow the content of their respective departments once they begin their studies in their departments. In the Modern Languages Department, students who are exempt from the preparatory program or who have passed the APEX exam improve their reading, writing, speaking and listening skills to an advanced level through courses taken in different classes.

At our school, which holds Pearson Accreditation, we are committed to providing you with the highest quality education through our academic staff composed of expert instructors who continuously improve themselves and use up-to-date methods to achieve the best results in foreign language education, supported by our technical team and infrastructure.
