Cooperative Education Program
The Cooperative Education Model combines higher education with business life with the aim to equip students with both academic knowledge and professional experience.
The purpose of cooperative education is to integrate the business world with education life. The program is a means to merge theoretical information acquired at the university with the practice at work, with the aim to graduate individuals knowledgeable in both theoretical backgrounds, and practices.
The Atılım University Cooperative Education Program is a program where the students meeting the application conditions and wishing to participate are employed for a certain period of time with no interruptions (about 7 months, combining the internship period and a semester) at contracted workplaces. In return for these studies, students are evaluated within the framework of Cooperative Education courses. The Cooperative Education Program is a part of education and does not extend the period of study.
