Selection

Students select courses through the ATACS System, and the registered courses are finalized upon advisor’s approval.

Content

The syllabus, powerpoints, text files, images, videos, external links and online exams are available in the content page of each course and accessible 24/7.

Also, registered courses by logging onto the Learning Management System (MOODLE) under ‘My Courses’ Menu.

Participation

Each course is streamed online for a minimum of one hour per week. The online courses are streamed on the Moodle page of the relevant course as scheduled. Instructors go online by clicking on the link of the relevant course, and teach audio-visually, and can be communicated with through voice message, camera and chat. To access, your devices must meet the minimum hardware requirements and be connected to the Internet. Online attendance is compulsory.

If a session cannot be held due to technical issues or an excuse on behalf of the instructor, a make-up session is scheduled and announced on the MOODLE.

Online courses are recorded and available on the related Moodle page in the “Online Course Records” link.
