The TÜBİTAK 3005 project, led by Prof. Dr. Dilaver Tengilimoğlu, Chair of the Department of Business Administration at Atılım University’s Faculty of Business Administration, has resulted in a publication recognized internationally.

The study, titled “Causes of Brain Drain Among Physicians,” sheds light on an important issue in the field of healthcare while making a valuable contribution to the scientific literature.
