Dr. Tevfik Bulut’s article titled “Classification of Resilience of Turkish Health System to Extraordinary Health Crises at Provincial Level” has been published in Health Sciences Quarterly, a highly respected journal in the field of health policy.
In this study, the resilience levels of the health systems in 81 provinces across Türkiye were classified using clustering methods. The provinces were grouped using two different clustering techniques: K-Means and Partitioning Around Medoids (PAM). Comparative analyses revealed that the PAM method produced more optimal and consistent results compared to the K-Means method.
