Clinical Skills Simulations Train-the-Trainer Program Successfully Completed

We successfully conducted the “Clinical Skills Simulations Train-the-Trainer Program” at our University Nursing Department Simulation Center on September 06–07, 2025.
Throughout the two-day program, our academic staff had the opportunity to gain knowledge and experience in the planning of simulation practices, scenario development, student evaluation processes, and current approaches in clinical skills training. The program was supported with hands-on sessions, contributing to active learning and the sharing of professional experiences.
We would like to thank Bertaş Company and our esteemed USIM trainers for their valuable support throughout the program.
Through this train-the-trainer program aimed at enhancing the quality of nursing education, we hope to contribute significantly to the development of our students’ clinical competencies.
