A TBD Seminar on Android Mobile Application Development

A seminar on "Mobile Application Development with Android" was given by one of our faculty, Assist.Prof.Dr.F.Cemile Serçe on February 23, 2012 in TBD . The seminar is organized by our faculty member -Aylin Akça Okan- who is also a member of the Ankara Branch of TBD.
The topics including mobile platform basic, Android operating system, the architecture of Android, Activities, Intent and Intent Filter mechanisms were explained in the seminar. The requirements for the installation of Android, the development environment and the basic components of a sample Android application were also explained by examples. There were participants from private and public sectors.
