Dear Members,

We would like to share the Beginners’ Program of the training program series that we have prepared as the Directorate of Sports. We will keep sharing our new programs at different levels every three weeks. You will not need any equipment to follow our training program series; you will be able to perform the routines in the comfort of your own home, in the open, or at a gym, at ease. Our series will continue with the aim to encourage you to move more throughout the current period, in the light of the results of our Sports During the Pandemic survey that we did last week.
