ABOUT HES CODE For 15-16 September 2020 APEX EXAM

Dear Students,
Students who will take the APEX exam face-to-face at Atılım University School of Foreign Languages on 15-16 September 2020 are required to download the "Hayat Eve Sığar" application to their mobile phones and come to the examination hall with their HES codes and their mobile phones with Hayat Eve Sığar application installed at 9:30 the latest. Students who do not have a mobile phone or cannot install the Hayat Eve Sığar application can visit https://heskod.saglik.gov.tr/hes.html and obtain the HES code via SMS as directed there. Students who cannot install the Hayat Eve Sığar application are required to note the HES code they received via SMS and submit it to the exam supervisor together with their Passport Number/Turkish National ID before the exam.
Students who are identified to be "Risky" in the HES Code check cannot take the exam as stated before. Students in this situation are required to send an email to dbedilekce@atilim.edu.tr including their HES code, Turkish National ID number, mobile phone number and health report. These students will take the APEX exam at a later date after their risk situation improves. The relevant announcement will be made to them via their email addresses.
