Seminar Using AWR Software in RFIC/MMIC Designs

Professor Mike Heimlich of Macquarie University is going to give a seminar titled “Using AWR Software in RFIC/MMIC Designs”
Seminar topics:
1- AWR and it’s use in teaching and research:
- how to use AWR for teaching not only RF/wireless/microwave electronics but also to teach basic circuit design and concepts in digital electronics
- use of AWR Microwave Office for GaAs MMICs and PCB design and Analog Office for silicon IC design
2- Open discussion on different design flows or design processes for RF/microwave or AMS design
Intended audiance of the seminar includes researchers, M.Sc. and Ph.D. students using AWR software and academic staff who use the software in their courses or projects. Prof. Heimlich will be sharing his lecture notes and research results.
