2. What are the qualifications required for aspiring Physiotherapy Program students?
A good physiotherapy technician is a health professional who is interested in human anatomy and health, has human values and a sense of responsibility, respects human rights, freedoms and ethical values, is open to learning and innovation, is successful and has the ability to do research.
3. What exam and score type is required for the Physiotherapy Program?
The Physiotherapy Program accepts students on the basis of their Basic Skills Test scores (TYT).
4. Where do Physiotherapy Program students study and attend courses?
Theoretical and practical courses in the Physiotherapy Program are presented in classrooms, simulated patient rooms and practice laboratories located in the Atılım University Ahlatlıbel Campus.
5. What courses are included in the Physiotherapy Program?
In addition to practice sessions and basic medical courses, our program students have an intensive training program to help them improve in their fields.

Physiotherapy technicians work to minimize the occurrence of undesirable situations by observing patients during the treatment. They take part in the application process of the approaches deemed appropriate for the patient.

9. What are the internship opportunities?
Our program students may take their compulsory internship courses at different hospitals and health care institutions, and gain work experience through their compulsory internship studies. In addition, Atılım University is in collaboration with Ankara Medicana International Hospital.
10. Where may graduates find employment?
Physiotherapy technicians may find employment at hospitals, medical schools, physical therapy and rehabilitation centers, sports centers, sports clubs, nursing homes, spas and thermal facilities.
11. How would you describe the physical education setting of your program?
Our program offers a physical setting that is suitable for the uninterrupted execution of field-specific education processes and for our students to experience the latest technological devices and analysis methods. While our students are doing their practical courses in the practice classrooms, they may study comfortably at our classrooms that are suitable for the student capacity.
12. What are your scholarship rates?
Our Physiotherapy Program students may receive full, or 50% scholarships.
13. What Undergraduate Degree Departments Receive Students from the Physiotherapy Program via the Vertical Transfer Exam (DGS)?
Our graduate students may transfer from the Physiotherapy Program to the undergraduate degree programs in Physiotherapy and Rehabilitation, Nursing, Nursing and Health Services, and Health Management, via the DGS.
14. What is the medium of instruction?
The Physiotherapy Program is in Turkish.
15. May I double-major in the Physiotherapy Program for a second diploma?
Students who meet the specified conditions and success scores in the Physiotherapy Program are provided with the opportunity to get a second diploma with a Double Major Program.
