2025-2026 Academic Year Fall Term Diploma Submission Announcement

Dear student,
Those who graduate by completing their graduation procedures and administrative approvals at the end of the fall semester of the 2025-20256 academic year:
will be able to obtain their graduation documents via e-government (https://www.turkiye.gov.tr/yuksekogretim-mezun-belgesi-sorgulama) starting January 27, 2026,
and will be able to obtain their diplomas from the Student Affairs Office starting March 2, 2026.

*** Students should check their administrative approval status for graduation by clicking on the “Graduation Approval Status” submenu under the “Course Registration and Graduation Procedures” menu in ATACS. They should then contact the units that have not completed their administrative approvals to obtain information about their administrative approval status. If there are any payments or materials (books, devices, sports equipment, etc.) outstanding, they should complete these as soon as possible.
