Your personal data may be disclosed to business partners, public authorities such as the Directorate of the Turkish Council of Higher Education and the Social Security Institution, banks, legal authorities such as judicial bodies, and where permitted by the legislations, partner consultants, institutions, third parties, partner organizations, payment system institutions in order to maintain the University’s educational activities, ensure the legal and commercial safety of the people with whom our University has a business relationship, to ensure physical security and inspection both indoors and outdoors at the University’ facilities and buildings, undertake the legal compliance processes, perform financial work, or to determine and execute commercial and business strategies within the framework of the terms and conditions for personal data processing stipulated in Article 8 and 9 of the Law No:6698. Your open consent is hereby required regarding the information provided in the Open Consent Declaration Form (Turkish/English) available on ATACS, relevant to your personal information, or the pieces of information to constitute your private personal information to be shared with the University by yourself within the scope of the aforementioned conditions.
By marking a check box next to a question, you declare that you provide open consent, whereas removal of such markings mean your refusal to provide open consent, regarding the issue mentioned.
You are also required to click the button “I HAVE READ AND FULLY UNDERSTOOD” at the end of the form once you finalize your choices. Otherwise, you will be unable to perform any transaction on ATACS (including course registrations, add-drop procedures, payments via a Virtual POS etc.).
You may access your current open consent preferences via the “Profile & Account / View the PDPL Form” menu.
To change your open consent preferences;
Mail an official letter using your “student.atilim.edu.tr” e-mail address to our Directorate of Student Affairs at email@example.com.
Our Directorate of Student Affairs will then remove your open consent preferences that you have provided earlier, and a new Open Consent form will be activated for you, to start over.
