Dr. Enver Güler’s Project funded by TUBITAK EIG CONCERT-JAPAN Multilateral Cooperation Program
19.11.2018

Assistant Professor of Chemical Engineering and Applied Chemistry, Enver Güler's project titled “Outperforming Functionality: Composite / Mixed Matrix Porous Materials in Membrane Based Processes” was awarded the support of EIG CONCERT-Japan, an independent platform for the coordination of research and technology development activities between Japan and European countries.

About the Project

Research funding organizations in Japan, Turkey, Spain and Poland are participating in as EIG CONCERT JAPAN partners involving in the research field of "Functional Porous Materials". Within the scope of the project, porous materials will be integrated into the membrane structure and advanced functionality will be obtained. It is aimed to use the produced membranes in the production of renewable energy. Chemical Engineering Departments from the Hacettepe and the Ege Universities in Turkey will support the research in this project. As a result of these international and national relations, it will be possible to share our knowledge, skills and experience with the promotion of the science of our university and country.
