Announcement for Exams

Dear students,
Presidents’ Office of Atılım University has decided to hold the exams face to face. Therefore, in order to run the exams according to the hygiene rules considering COVID-19 pandemia, there are certain rules listed as follows.
- Your seat in the class will be announced by the instructor on Moodle, before the exam starts. Please check your moodle account and learn the seat you will take. You will not be able to take the exam outside of the pre-determined class and seating arrangement.
- Please be present in front of the building at least 10 minutes before the exam starts. Please don’t wait around the door of the class in which the exam will be held and be present in the class 5 minutes before the exam starts.
- Please don’t communicate with the proctors. You will not be allowed to ask questions during exam.
- During the exam, you must show the student ID when asked. The sign of participation in the exam will be taken at the end of the exam. You can leave the exam after signing the signature list. If you wait until the end of the exam, when the proctors read your name, submit your exam, declare your ID, sign your attendance and leave the class. Please continue to maintain social distance while signing. Do not wait outside or inside the building after the exam.
