Event about Protocol Rules with Prof. Dr. İbrahim Birkan and Seyit Başkonak

The event titled “Protocol Rules in Food and Beverage Service,” featuring speakers Prof. Dr. İbrahim Birkan, Head of the Department of Tourism Management at Atılım University Faculty of Business Administration, and Seyit Başkonak, Lecturer at the Department of Tourism Management at Atılım University Faculty of Business Administration and Director of the Department of Management Services at the Ministry of National Defense, successfully held on Tuesday, January 6, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. at the TÜRSAB Vocational and Technical Anatolian High School.
During the event, protocol rules in food and beverage service, basic principles to be followed at official invitations, and sectoral practices were discussed from an academic and professional perspective; important information and experiences relevant to the field were shared with the participants.
