Important Announcement for Students Registered for Summer School

Dear Students,

The first week of our summer school will be conducted online. For the efficient, organized, and uninterrupted progress of the educational process, it is crucial that all students adhere to the following rules and academic discipline:

• Classes will be conducted via MS Teams. Please ensure you have downloaded or updated the application on your computer or tablet and logged in with your school email address.
• A meeting regarding the use of MS Teams and the conduct of classes will be held on Friday, July 3rd at 10:30 AM via MS Teams. All students registered for summer school will be assigned to an MS Teams classroom, and the meeting will be held in this classroom. Your participation in the meeting is important.
• Before each class, please test your internet connection, microphone, and camera equipment at least 10 minutes before class time. Technical issues will not be considered a valid excuse for tardiness or absence.
• Online classes will start exactly on time. Students must be present in the virtual classroom 5 minutes before the start of the class.
• Attendance tracking is done in online classes as well as in face-to-face classes. Attendance reports obtained through the system and attendance checks by the instructor will be taken as the basis.
• Your cameras must be on during the lesson. To avoid background noise, please keep your microphones off unless you are speaking.
