Information About the Voluntary Internship Process

It has been decided that students who are enrolled in undergraduate programs at our university and wish to complete a voluntary internship will be provided with insurance coverage — limited to a maximum of 20 working days — and that the insurance premium costs will be covered by our university, provided that, as of the application date, they meet at least one of the following criteria: their cumulative GPA is at least 3.0, or they have previously participated or are currently participating in projects supported under the grant programs of institutions such as TÜBİTAK, TÜSEB, or similar organizations.
Students who meet the criteria must submit the following documents to the Departmental Secretariat at least 10 working days before the internship begins:
Voluntary Internship Application Form: This is the required application document that must be submitted prior to the start of the internship in order for insurance to be arranged. It must include the student's information, the name of the organization where the internship will take place, and the exact start and end dates of the internship, and must be signed by the department, the host organization, and the student.
