Course Objectives Prior to being formally admitted to candidacy for the Ph.D. degree, student must propose a research project in detail and in the light of unforeseen problems based on the available knowledge in the literature and academia.
Course Learning Outcomes The students who succeeded in this course;
  • After passing the qualification examination, student focuses on a narrow topic with research initiative.
  • Demonstration of research skills to conceptualize, model/design and implement the proposed research project in the light of unforeseen problems.
  • Demonstration of attitude to undertake proposed research at advanced level.
  • Demonstration of professional skills of personal responsibility and autonomous initiative on the proposed research in complex and unpredictable situations in professional environments.
