Course Objectives The purpose of this course is to teach some important topics of commercial law by examining amendments to the Turkish Commercial Code (TCC) and significant court decisions within the scope of current developments in company law.
Course Learning Outcomes The students who succeeded in this course;
  • Students gain detailed knowledge of certain important topics in company law from the perspectives of doctrine, legislation, and judicial decisions.
  • Students gain knowledge about recent developments and amendments within the scope of company law.
