Course Objectives The aim of this course is to teach students beginner level French and help them reach A1 level according to Common European Framework of Reference.
Course Learning Outcomes The students who succeeded in this course;
  • Ensures that students gain basic proficiency in French. Assurer que les étudiants acquièrent une maîtrise de base du français.
  • Students reach a level where they can use French in basic everyday communication situations. Atteindre un niveau où les étudiants peuvent utiliser le français dans des situations de communication quotidiennes.
  • Develops expression skills in topics such as greetings, introducing oneself, giving personal information, hobbies, family, shopping, and city life. Développer les compétences d’expression dans des thèmes tels que les salutations, la présentation de soi, les informations personnelles, les loisirs, la famille, les achats et la vie urbaine.
  • Covers basic language functions such as numbers, days, months, saying the date, asking/giving directions, and communicating in a restaurant. Aborder les fonctions linguistiques de base telles que les nombres, les jours, les mois, dire la date, demander/donner un itinéraire et communiquer au restaurant.
  • Teaches grammatical structures such as definite and indefinite articles, adjectives, basic verb conjugations (avoir, être, aller, parler, etc.), pronouns, and connectors. Enseigner les structures grammaticales comme les articles définis et indéfinis, les adjectifs, les conjugaisons de base (avoir, être, aller, parler, etc.), les pronoms et les connecteurs.
  • By the end of the course, students will have the ability to communicate in French, both orally and in writing, at a simple level. À la fin du cours, les étudiants acquerront la capacité de communiquer en français, à l’oral comme à l’écrit, à un niveau simple.
