Course Objectives Introduction to various branches of the art, improving the abilty of researching the appropriate art for the self Holistically establishing body, mind and spirit health by using art as a means of therapy Improving the abilty of achieving spiritual and artistic awareness
Course Learning Outcomes The students who succeeded in this course;
  • Expresses the self freely through various artistic materials and mediums
  • Discovers the self and can hold a space for transformation
  • Improves her/his imagination, creativity, gains self-confidence and increases her/his life quality
  • Builds necessary skills for creating an artist’s portfolio
Course Content Contribution to the self's personal inner journey through art, artist's inner essential through art and healing techniques (breath, meditation etc.), discovery of the appropriate artistic space, the self through movement, body percussion, music, storytelling, visual arts (photography, collage, inspirational drawing, meditative painting, clay, etc).
