Course Objectives
Course Learning Outcomes The students who succeeded in this course;
  • Ability to explain the fundamental concepts of production management and the structure of production systems.
  • Ability to analyze production decision-making processes and production organizational structure.
  • Ability to evaluate the methods used in the analysis of production systems and the work study techniques.
  • Ability to analyze Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems and optimization processes.
  • Ability to analyze Total Quality Management (TQM) principles.
  • The ability to evaluate production systems using a holistic approach and develop suggestions for improvement and optimization.
Course Content Basic concepts and strategies of production, the performance relation between quality and process, project capacity, project layout, planning and management of the project.
