Course Objectives	The purpose of this course is to introduce concept of unjust enrichment and to provide information about provisions of unjust enrichment.
Course Learning Outcomes	The students who succeeded in this course; Explain the event that lead to unjust enrichment. Solve legal disputes about unjust enrichment Criticize legislation about unjust enrichment Offer suggestions for the development of legislation. Give an example about unjustified enrichment.
Course Content	Conditions of unjust enrichment, performance of an unobligated debt, liability of prospered party, right to request expenses, inability to reclaim, the statute of limination.
