| Course Objectives | The main objective of this course is to examine, in light of relevant judicial decisions, the fundamental principles of usage (gratuitous use) agreements frequently encountered in Turkish judicial practice, as well as the rights and obligations of the parties and the consequences of breach of obligations. |

| Course Content | The aim of this course is to explain the fundamental principles, the rights and obligations of the parties, and the consequences of breach of obligation of utilisation agreements, which are frequently encountered in Turkish legal practice. |
