Course Objectives The aim is to teach standardized recipes and the stages involved in developing standardized recipes in institutional food service (IFS)
Course Learning Outcomes The students who succeeded in this course;
  • Understands the importance of standardized recipes at IFS.
  • Understands and follows the standardized recipe development process.
  • Develops standardized recipes for different target groups.
