Course Objectives The aim of the course is to teach the appropriate approaches in order to assess and determine the treatment programmes in different age groups and purposes of the exercise treatment, classification of exercises and to teach the planning of exercise programmes.
Course Learning Outcomes The students who succeeded in this course;
  • Selects the appropriate treatment modality in clinical conditions.
  • Theoretical and practical skills should be gained in application principles and implementation.
  • Can decide on the indications and contraindications of exercise.
  • Can know who and when this applet should and should not be done.
Course Content Planning the exercise program,teaching the factors affecting the patient and exercises, exercise types for normal joint movements,exercise positions,pelvic region and exercises for lumbar vertebral straightness, front and side abdominal strengthening exercises, William's flexion exercises, stretching exercises for pectoral muscles, exercises for straightening the shoulder girdle with thoracic and cervical vertebrae,
