| Course Content | Examination of the purpose and scope of the right to a fair trial in the Constitution and the European Convention on Human Rights in terms of criminal and administrative proceedings. Evaluation of the rules and application mechanisms in the judicial law within the framework of the freedom to seek rights and examination of the relevant court decisions. |
