| Course Objectives | The main objective of the course is to render students a comprehensive understanding about the structural changes (merger, division and change of legal form) of commercial partnerships and Corporate Groyp (Konzern) Law detailedly regulated in the General Provisions section of the Turkish Commercial Code (No. 6102). The course also aims to render students necessary perspectives to solve the legal disputes arising from these subjects in practice. |
